Prenatal Visits

By offering Prenatal Visits, my goal is to help you find resources and quality information to reduce confusion and stress, allowing you to pay attention to your body and your baby. These visits are tailored to each individual's needs and held in the comfort of your own home.

Traditional Birth Attendant

A Traditional Birth Attendant holds the sacred wisdom surrounding physiological birth and walks with birthing people in their childbearing years. They are the keepers of sacred space, able to serve each individuals desire, supplying genuine care and concern with no limit or judgment, allowing them the opportunity to go within and find their power. Birth Keepers believe that people should labor and birth in whatever way they desire, trusting their intuition to guide them, and their body to do just what it was designed to do.

I offer support, counsel, education, care  and compassion throughout pregnancy, labor, birthing, breastfeeding and post partum.

Postpartum Support

After birth, the early days of child rearing can be exhilarating, exhausting and full of questions. My role with Postpartum Support service is to ensure you get the best information and care possible, bringing encouragement and confidence in your ability as a new parent.

Herbalist & Nutrition Coach

Supportive education to help you learn better how you can stay healthy, avoid many complications of pregnancy and treat issues naturally before they become an issue.
