Post Partum Doula Care

Service Description

Sacred Space Birth offers post partum care after birth. Services include individually tailored support, education, and care for all things post partum. This includes mother care, breastfeeding support, infant care, understanding the newborn and normal expectations and healing in the post partum period. Services can include assessment to make sure all is healthy and "normal" for birthing parent and new child, supporting mother health and wellbeing for recovery, education/counsel, understanding the newborn and/or teaching infant care skills, light housecare and cooking for mother wellbeing as well as birth processing. I also offer a post partum packages that suites individual needs (3-5+ visits). Services are tailored to individual needs and prices vary accordingly.
