Service Description

Doula Mentorship offers personalized one on one mentoring and coaching to support birth and postpartum doulas at any stage of their journey. My Goal is to Help Doulas: Develop the skills needed to build a thriving doula practice. Gain and maintain the confidence needed to launch and maintain a thriving practice. Have on call support for your first births/difficult birth decisions. Enhance your ability to provide exceptional care to families. Prevent burnout and sustain passion for the work. Feel well-supported at every step of the journey. Packages are based on personal needs: Single Coaching session: 1 hour or 4 hour special - Support for goals as a birth worker, questions to support a thriving business, post client visit/birth debriefing. 6 week/3 month Coaching: Includes initial 1 hour plan of action meeting, weekly follow up emails, bi-weekly 1 hour phone calls, Phone session for pre-client visit and post visit debriefing, on-call support for birth doula text/phone support for issues/questions/ideas while at birth or post partum care visits, post birth/care debriefing.
